Haikus

Your Challenge

Try writing a line with 5 syllables, then one with seven syllables and move on to a complete Haiku.  

Illustrate the Haiku with a suitable picture.  Good luck.

A Haiku is a traditional Japanese form of poetry containing 17 syllables.  It is usually illustrated.

You only have to write a 3 lined poem.

However you need to stick to the pattern of 5 syllables, 7 syllables, 5 syllables.

To write a good Haiku is not easy but persevere and it will work.
